F-hCGβ Anti-Reagent: 1 vial, Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-labeled mouse monoclonal anti-F-hCGβ antibody (1.0 µg/mL), alkaline phosphatase (AP)-labeled mouse monoclonal antibody F-hCGβ antibody (1.0µg/mL), Tris buffer (0.15M, pH8.0) containing 0.5% BSA;

Magnetic particle reagent: 1 bottle, magnetic particle and goat anti-FITC antibody conjugate (1mg/mL), PB buffer containing 0.5% BSA (0.2M, PH8.0);

Quality control material: 1 bottle each for high and low points, respectively adding different amounts of F-hCGβ recombinant antigen (E. The concentrations of F-hCGβ recombinant antigen (Escherichia coli) of each quality control substance were 80mIU/mL and 5mIU/mL, respectively.
