Anemia Reageats Ferritin Reagents for Automatic Immunoassay Analyzer in Human Serum Samples

Ferritin high and low calibrators: there are two different concentrations of high and low, 40ng/mL and 400ng/mL, respectively, with different amounts of ferritin (FERRITIN) antigen (derived from human cell culture) added. 5% bovine serum albumin (BSA) in Tris buffer (0.15M, pH 7.5).

Ferritin anti-reagent: Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-labeled mouse monoclonal anti-FERRITIN antibody (derived from mouse hybridoma cells) 2 µg/mL, alkaline phosphatase (AP)-labeled mouse monoclonal antibody FERRITIN antibody (derived from mouse hybridoma cells) 4µg/mL in Tris buffer (0.15M, pH7.5) containing 5% bovine serum albumin (BSA).

Ferritin buffer: Tris buffer (0.15M, pH 7.5) containing 0.5% sodium chloride (NaCl) and 5% bovine serum albumin (BSA).

Magnetic particle reagent: Magnetic particle and goat anti-FITC polyclonal antibody (derived from sheep antiserum) conjugated at 1.0 mg/mL, Tris buffer (0.1 M, PH8.0) containing 5% BSA and 0.2% Proclin300.
